INVENTVM is actively looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate our internal project schedules and programs.Reporting directly to the VP of Operations and Program Management, this role oversees 4 to 8 projects simultaneously and may naturally expand to include supply‐chain coordination, supporting our fabless business model and helping build a scalable operations and program management structure as the company grows.There is no upper limit in the seniority of this career opportunity. Depending on experience and profile, the candidate will be offered the most suitable position ranging from senior contributor to manager as adequate.Required QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program ManagerStrong knowledge of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from concept to mass production, covering both ASIC and open-market product business modelsExpertise in project cost control, risk assessment, and resource managementAbility to independently lead Project Core Team meetings involving cross‐functional teams, subcontractors, and partnersProven capability in managing relationships with internal and external project stakeholders, including customersExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to maintain team alignment on project timelines, costs, and deliverable qualityMaster's degree or equivalent 5‐year technical degreeFull professional proficiency in written and spoken EnglishDesirable QualificationsAt least 6 years of experience in the semiconductor industryExperience in managing one or more of the following: supply chain, RMA, reliability, operations, project management, ATE test program development in a semiconductor companyPMP CertificationAll INVENTVM positions offer a stake in the company equity that also entitles to receive dividends, competitive benefits, sustainable work logistics aimed at balancing personal life and project deadlines.Want to be part of our team?
