As the primary general contractor, our Business Unit leads all aspects of software delivery projects in Italy, ensuring alignment with customer satisfaction and contractual requirements. /p h3Your mission /h3 pIn this role, you'll engage with multiple diverse customers, predominantly in the machinery and consumer industries. Your responsibilities will include the adept management of time, information, and turnkey projects. You will handle multidisciplinary projects for medium and large accounts, where the application of corporate methodologies and practices is important. Furthermore, your ability to seamlessly interact with global organizations will be essential to the success of the projects. /p h3Key challenges /h3 pBuild a multilevel project plan to fit customers' needs and deliver with-in budget on contract and desired outcomes. Encourage team collaboration across the projects. /p /li libTrack projects in terms of activities, timing, costs and risks /b pPrepare, maintain and submit clear activity and time reports. The No. 1 reason for tracking a project is to discover potential problems before they occur. Use this proactive approach continuously in order to compare the project progress and the project commitments. /p /li libPromote customer relationship /b pThe project success is directly related to customer satisfaction : a good customer relationship is fundamental. Involve the customer regarding the project status. Approve significant project achievements, above all contractual milestone. /p /li libEncourage and support escalations /b pCommunicate project milestones and status updates to all concerned parties, as well as any existing or potential customer escalation issues. Follow the right escalation processes. Have overall ownership of all reports to the management. /p /li libIncorporate insights gained from recent projects into the execution of new ones. /b /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience as Project Manager in enterprise IT projects, preferably on PLM, MOM or ERP platforms; /li liDegree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Economics fields; /li liPM certification (e.g. PMP, Prince 2...) is required; /li liStrong interpersonal skills in Italian and English (B2 level or above, both spoken and written); /li liSelf-motivated, prompt and assertive, with very good time management skills; /li liCalm and collaborative work under pressure, comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments; /li liAbility to identify problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis; /li liFlexible to travel at least 70% of the working time (you will be assigned a company car) /li /ul pWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
