PWe are looking for a passionate and strategic product manager who will join the marketing team in our Milan office. /ppbScope of the role : /b /ppWorking within the product management Business Unit at Moleskine means being a total business owner and not just a marketer. You will help in building the vision and strategy behind key categories such as writing tools, lifestyle accessories and eyewear, primarily developed in partnership with external partners and / or suppliers, while developing marketing plans and driving innovation. You will work with a large cross-functional team to identify gaps and opportunities and put in place marketing plans that will contribute to the grow and profitability of your categories. /ppTasks and Responsibilities : /ppbStrategic Development : /b /ppContribute to the category strategy by identifying growth opportunities, and proposing new product ideas in line with brand values and consumer insights. /ppbProduct Ownership : /b /ppManage the full lifecycle of innovation products, from ideation through development to launch, as well as overseeing the management of carryover products to ensure continued market relevance and profitability. /ppbProject Management : /b /ppOversee project timelines and coordinate activities across sales, marketing, design, and production to ensure successful product launches. /ppManage relationships with external partners and licensors, ensuring alignment with Moleskine’s brand identity and commercial goals /ppbAssortment Planning : /b /ppDevelop balanced product assortments, determining pricing tiers that meet market demands. /ppbMarket Analysis : /b /ppConduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and user needs, informing product strategy and development. Identify new opportunities within global or local relevance. /ppbPerformance Monitoring : /b /ppLead monthly category analyses, tracking performance against KPIs and recommending necessary adjustments. /ppWork closely with cross-functional teams and maintain relationships with creative agencies and stakeholders. Support the Business Unit with marketing presentations and catalogue update. /ppbRequirements : /b /ppAt least 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in lifestyle, eyewear, or writing tools. /ppStrong enthusiasm / passion for the brand, product, and design thinking. /ppProven ability to manage external partners or licensors. /ppStrong trend awareness and curiosity across different product categories. /ppVery strong excel and presentation skills. High attention to details. /ppbResults oriented, organized, and self-motivating. /b /ppAbility to act independently respecting company policies, guidelines, and strategies. /ppGreat interpersonal skills.
