We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer Intern located in Emilia Romagna, who will learn how to conduct service, repair, and installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts, diagnose system failures, and determine the most cost‑effective solutions. With his/her tutor, he/she will be able to escalates complex issues to a higher level of technical support, respond to customer support needs, and, upon completion of training, demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems, implement solutions, communicate honestly, and create empathy with customers, colleagues, and collaborators. Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical customer support and on‑site assistance to assigned customers
- Escalate complex issues to a higher level of technical support
- Respond to customer support requests within an assigned customer scope
Key Requirements

- Fresh graduate in Engineering or Biotech/Technical/Electronic secondary school diploma; proficient English is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian
- Passion for IVD and/or automation and/or engineering and/or maintenance
