**Your Challenge**:
As a **Financial Project Manager**you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, reporting and optimizing the organization's financial performance through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Your main activities will be to:
- Drive monthly closing activities and reporting to local Management, Region and Headquarters.
- Lead the budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
- Prepare stakeholder-oriented reporting packages to support decision making.
- Lead the Finance & Controlling Function into the digital age by e.g. implementing robotic operational improvements and automation, data analytics, Dashboards and by optimization of the existing local/ regional reporting tools.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities
- Drive performance review process, analyzing actuals.
- Cost Center Controlling for Support Functions
- Develop and maintain financial models to track KPIs and business metric.
