The Role of a Site Lead in Overseas Operations
Job Description
This position requires an individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of a specific field site, working closely with regional leadership, education service officers, and administrative offices to administer programs and services. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing staff performance, and providing academic and administrative support services to prospects and students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead staff at the assigned site
* Work out of the field site office and be available during core business hours and evenings/weekends as needed
* Collaborate with key stakeholders for on-site operational needs
* Provide academic and administrative support services to prospects and students
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to understand and operate in foreign countries adapting to local rules and complexities.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or equivalent, two years of experience providing quality customer service, and organization and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Masters degree from a regionally accredited US institution or equivalent
* Experience with CRM and student information systems
* Previous experience as a program coordinator or in a higher education environment
