We are looking for a
Quality Process Engineer
to join our
Local Quality Department
for a
six months internship
in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!
ACCOUNTABILITY & OBJECTIVES:
Perform Quality Internal Audit;
Develop and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2015;
Management of customer claims;
Promote Continuous Improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and support the execution of internal audits, issue audit reports, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions;
Ensure that quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms) is up-to-date and accessible via the intranet;
Monitor changesin ISO standards and customer-specific requirements;
update the QMS accordingly to ensure ongoing compliance;
Draft, revise, and verify quality procedures and work instructions in collaboration with process owners;
Analyse qualitydata and trends to detect root causes and identify areas for improvement;
Support and participate in third-party audits and customer audits;
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to ensure quality requirements are understood and met;
Support the Quality Team in enhancing process effectiveness and efficiency;
Collaborate with the Quality Manager to define priorities and focus areas for quality improvement initiatives.
Skills & qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree (e.G.: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering);
A Master and/orany other further qualification related to Quality Management is appreciated (e.G.: qualified auditor, Six Sigma black or green belt...);
University degree with specialization on Quality is highly appreciated;
A previous internship experience in Quality Management is appreciated.
KNOWLEDGE:
A good knowledge of Quality Management is needed;
A good knowledge of Quality Systems is required (ISO 9001);
Knowledge of most important quality tools is appreciated (Statistical Process Control, FMEA, PPAP, Capability study, Control Plan);
Knowledge of most diffused IT tools is needed.
LANGUAGES:
Fluency in Italian
A good knowledge of English is highly recommended

Reimbursement
