Fueguia is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Logistics Specialist
to support daily logistics operations, including national and international shipments, documentation management, warehouse activities, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic luxury fragrance company.
Key Responsibilities
1. National and International Shipments
Support the planning and organization of inbound and outbound shipments, including weekly deliveries to retail galleries.
Coordinate with transport partners, couriers, freight forwarders, and airlines to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Monitor shipment status and assist in resolving delays or operational issues.
Support the preparation of shipments involving Dangerous Goods, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and compliance with IATA/ADR requirements (training provided if needed). 2. Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and print shipping documents such as delivery notes (DDT), packing lists, waybills, and export/import documentation.
Verify that all documentation complies with customs, transport, and Dangerous Goods regulations.
Maintain both digital and physical archives of shipment-related documents. 3. Order Entry & System Management
Enter and update customer orders in the internal ERP system.
Support e-commerce logistics activities, including transport documents, invoicing, and shipment tracking.
Use ERP and WMS systems to ensure accurate data entry and traceability. 4. Warehouse & Inventory Support
Assist in inventory control of materials and finished goods, including retail furniture and pop-up store equipment.
Support picking, packing, replenishment, and returns management.
Participate in periodic inventory counts and reconciliation activities. 5. Supplier & Logistics Partner Coordination
Support communication with couriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
Request and compare shipping quotes to identify cost-effective and reliable solutions.
Collaborate with suppliers to support purchasing processes and import logistics. 6. Internal Team Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Administration, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth logistics flows.
Assist in resolving operational issues related to orders, deliveries, and documentation.
Coordinate with retail and pop-up store teams to ensure timely availability of materials. 7. Monitoring & Reporting
Track key logistics indicators such as delivery times, order accuracy, and returns.
Support the preparation of periodic operational reports, including shipping costs and logistics partner performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.
Min. 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, or similar roles (internships included).
Basic knowledge of shipping processes and documentation; familiarity with Dangerous Goods regulations is a plus.
Good command of ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. xivgfpx
