Entra a far parte del team di Russotti Gestione Hotels, per il Milan Marriott Hotel come Bell Boy. Siamo alla ricerca di una persona entusiasta, con un forte orientamento al cliente e una passione per il settore dell'ospitalità, pronta a offrire un'esperienza eccezionale ai nostri ospiti. Il Bell Boy è il primo punto di contatto per gli ospiti e gioca un ruolo chiave nel garantire che il loro soggiorno sia piacevole e senza intoppi. Il Bell Boy supporta il reparto del Front Office e il reparto del Housekeeping occupandosi del trasporto bagagli dei clienti. Esegue le direttive del Front Office Manager e della Governante nel rispetto degli standards dell’Hotel e dei livelli di qualità del servizio definiti.
Responsabilità principali:
* Accogliere gli ospiti con un sorriso caloroso e un atteggiamento professionale
* Carica e scarica i bagagli dalle vetture.
* Garantisce la custodia del bagaglio del cliente coordinandosi con il Door Man (vetturiere) e il ricevimento.
* Risponde alle richieste dei clienti e ne soddisfa le esigenze.
* Quotidianamente è a conoscenza dell'arrivo di gruppi e/o di tutti gli eventi che lo vedono coinvolto.
* Si occupa della pulizia dei bagni e delle aree comuni e dei piani.
* Garantisce che il piazzale antistante l'entrata dell'Albergo sia perfettamente pulito.
* Comunica alla sicurezza la presenza di persone o pacchi sospetti.
* Si occupa di recuperare il bagaglio relativo alle partenze dei clienti.
* Responsabile dell'installazione e del montaggio dei letti extra, se necessario.
* Collabora alla pulizia delle camere qualora fosse necessario. Si rende disponibile anche per servizi di pulizia nelle aree legate alla Funzione Rooms Division e si occupa della pulizia del ristorante.
* Collabora per la raccolta dei rifiuti della Funzione Rooms Division dell'albergo.
* Sposta e trasporta attrezzature e mobilio se richiesto.
* Garantisce che i servizi da lui offerti rispettino gli standards di qualità della Compagnia.
* Pulisce le finestre.
* Consegna in camera agli ospiti eventuale lavanderia.
Requisiti richiesti:
* Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Bell Boy o in posizioni simili nel settore dell'ospitalità
* Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali
* Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi i weekend e i giorni festivi
* Conoscenza della lingua inglese (ulteriori lingue costituiscono un plus)
* Presentazione impeccabile e atteggiamento professionale

Summary:
Join the team at Russotti Gestione Hotels for the Milan Marriott Hotel as a Bell Boy. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a strong customer orientation and a passion for the hospitality sector, ready to offer an exceptional experience to our guests. The Bell Boy is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in ensuring that their stay is pleasant and smooth. The Bell Boy supports both the Front Office and Housekeeping departments, handling the transportation of guests' luggage. He/she follows the directives of the Front Office Manager and Housekeeper, in compliance with the hotel's standards and defined service quality levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests with a warm smile and professional attitude
* Load and unload luggage from vehicles
* Ensure the custody of guests' luggage by coordinating with the Door Man (porter) and the reception
* Respond to guests' requests and meet their needs
* Be aware of group arrivals and all events involving his/her participation on a daily basis
* Handle the cleaning of bathrooms, common areas, and floors
* Ensure that the area in front of the hotel entrance is perfectly clean
* Communicate the presence of suspicious people or packages to security
* Retrieve luggage for departing guests
* Responsible for the installation and assembly of extra beds, if necessary
* Assist with room cleaning if necessary. Also available for cleaning services in areas related to the Rooms Division function and handling the cleaning of the restaurant
* Collaborate for the collection of waste in the hotel's Rooms Division function
* Move and transport equipment and furniture if requested
* Ensure that the services provided meet the company's quality standards
* Clean the windows
* Deliver guests' laundry to their rooms
Required Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Bell Boy or in similar positions in the hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Impeccable presentation and professional attitude
