Senior Performance Program Leader
This is an opportunity to lead a team of engineers in the field of performance and operability.
As a technical expert, you will be responsible for providing technical and project leadership of performance and operability work-packages.
You will act as single contributor and lead the assigned resources to perform engine cycle studies and performance analysis, steady state and transient model development & validation by ground and flight testing, operability assessment, both on new engines development for commercial and military applications, such as GE Catalyst for Textron Denali and Eurodrone, and advanced technology demonstrators, such as AMBER, the new hybrid-electric technology demonstration program that will integrate the GE Catalyst engine with electrical power from fuel cells.
The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited university or college and significant experience in a Performance & Operability engineering position, working on a turbofan/turboprop architecture for our engine applications.
