You'll lead hands‐on diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on high-voltage direct current (HVDC), Synchronous Condenser, and renewable energy assets.
As the on‐site technical expert, you'll tackle complex challenges, coordinate service projects, and build trusted relationships with customers. Every day brings opportunities to lead, solve problems, and ensure service excellence—making a real impact on Italy's energy transition and your own professional growth. Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance on high-voltage systems, always following strict safety and manufacturer protocols.
Commission, test, and validate new installations or repairs to ensure top performance and compliance. Act as the lead technical expert on‐site, making sure all work meets quality, EHS, and regulatory standards. Manage service projects and work orders from start to finish, keeping customers informed and projects on track.
Prepare clear service reports and support junior technicians or contractors, sharing your expertise and helping the team grow. At least 7 years of field service experience with high-voltage power systems. You hold a higher education qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
You possess CEI 11-27 (PES/PAV) or equivalent certification, a valid driver's license, Fgas certification, and first aid and fire safety certificates. You are skilled in troubleshooting, power electronics, reading electrical schematics, and managing HV/MV equipment and systems. You communicate clearly and fluently in English and Italian.
Available to travel as needed within Sicily.
