In a rapidly evolving industry, we value curiosity, collaboration, and initiative.Your roleAs an Asset Manager, you will play an important role in overseeing the performance of our asset portfolio and working closely with commercial, technical, and operational teams.
You will monitor operational performance, provide insights on asset optimization, and support initiatives that enhance value creation while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.Your primary responsibilities:Commercial Asset Management servicesDrive and propose prioritisation of project-level improvement initiatives within agreed budgetsManagement of relationship with institutional agencies (GSE, E-distribution etc.)Procuring, obtaining and maintaining relevant insurances, including liaising with insurers as required;Liaising with Technical Asset Managers who are responsible for the effective supervision, and monitoring of the operation and maintenance services in order to maximize generation revenues;Preparing monthly/quarterly unaudited management reports in respect of the relevant projectsForecasting project spend, including approval of project related invoicesMaintain and clean up master data to ensure a consistent overview of all relevant contractsWho are you?We imagine that you have experience from a role where you work closely with commercial, technical, or operational teams and enjoy translating operational and financial data into insights that support asset performance and value creation.In addition, we would like you to have:Degree in business, finance, accounting or other relevant disciplineExperience in Asset Management including stakeholder managementPreferably, experience within administration of solar parks or other renewable assetsExperience of dealing with contracts along with proven ability to liaise with and manage/monitor contractorsExperience in budget management; including monitoring and reportingItalian/English Language capabilitiesSelf-motivated with a can-do attitude and thriving with distance managementFluency in Microsoft Office suiteandAbility to work independently but also as part of a global team (team player)Good communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyProblem solving skillsWhat do we offer?At RECO, you will become part of a growing international organization where you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business and contribute directly to the development of renewable energy.We offer, among other things:A central role in a company that contributes to the green transitionAn international and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional and personal developmentTalented and dedicated colleaguesPlease submit your application as soon as possible, as we review and invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis.
