As a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist you will be focusing on: - Recruitment process management - you’ll manage end-to-end the recruitment process in an efficient and engaging manner with strong focus on our technicians - Workday Management - you will become the point of reference for the management of the recruiting process in our HRIS - Employer Branding - you will collaborate with our Marketing function to develop an employer branding strategy and to deliver successful campaigns and initiatives - Onboarding - you will work to improve the current on-boarding process and will manage it successfully - Reporting - you will prepare recruitment reports and regularly consolidate information for our People Director and our International Headoffice - International community: you will collect and share best practices across the international people team and occasionally take part to international working groups Requirements: - Kindness, creativity and passion - 2 years of work experience as a Recruiter in a company or recruitment agency with demonstrated success in hiring high volume of people - Having experience in Employer Branding is preferred - HRIS management experience is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Social Sciences or equivalent - Master in Human Resources is a plus - Strong passion for recruiting - Ability to navigate digital work and social media communication - Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders - Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player - Organized, proactive, with a high level of energy and sense of humor - Strong customer focus - Advanced Microsoft Office skills - English language proficiency What we offer - Apprenticeship contract - Awesome colleagues in a highly collaborative and positive environment - Opportunities for development, Training on the job, access to a catalogue of e-learning modules - Flexible working hours with advanced smart working policy (3 days remote working a week) - Access to various benefits (meal vouchers, online workout classes, phycological support, etc) - Possibility to take part to company great events (International triathlon for all employees, CSR events such as Olympic games with Special Olympics, Christmas party, etc.) In accordance with current regulations, the job offer is intended for both sexes (L. 903/77).
