Overview
Support the development and implementation of a global digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads. Continuously optimize the corporate website in terms of usability, design, functionality and search engine optimization (SEO). Manage and further develop all digital communication channels. Collaborate closely with Corporate Affairs to shape and implement the social media strategy. Plan, create and coordinate target group-specific content in cooperation with internal departments and external partners. Evaluate digital marketing initiatives based on defined KPIs and relevant analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Social Media Insights). Oversee and ensure the quality of work delivered by external service providers, such as agencies, photographers and video producers. Co-responsible for the digital marketing budget, ensuring continuous performance monitoring and ROI-driven optimization. Work in close alignment with Corporate Affairs, Sales, and Product Marketing to ensure a consistent brand and communication strategy.
Your Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Marketing or a related field
* Previous professional experience in a similar role in the field of digital marketing
* Proven experience in managing and coordinating external agencies
* Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator) is an advantage
* A solid technical understanding is beneficial
* Excellent knowledge of English; Italian and/or German is an advantage
