About the role Global Comfort Solutions Europe (GCS EU) is a business unit of Carrier corporation dedicated to the HVAC industry in the residential and light commercial segments. GCS Europe offers comfort solutions to the end users through different channels using their Toshiba, Carrier, Riello and Beretta brands in Europe. Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary. - International working environment - Two days per week of home office - Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities - Achieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Programme Requirements: As a minimum you must have: - Engineering or Economics Master degree - Fluent in English - 5 years of experiences as PMO - Appreciated experience in consulting workplace - Leadership and stakeholder’s management Responsibilities - Helps leadership team in driving company transformation - Manages the project management organization. - Is a change agent - Develops project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects under his/her responsibility and suggests appropriate adjustments to ensure adherence to the established project plan, schedule, and budget. - Documents and records delays, changes in scope, and any other incidents that impact the scope of work or schedule. - Develops project budget and scope and pursues all cost saving opportunities to maximize project profitability. - Performs critical path analysis and prepares and implements work-around plans to ensure the successful completion of projects. - Conducts meetings, consolidates, and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s). - Identifies and reacts to project problems and recommends solutions, such as reallocating resources or changing contractual specifications.
