Analyst finance & strategy itsee

In this role, you partner with ITSEE leadership to drive performance across multiple countries, turning data into actionable guidance. You'll lead structured analyses, support strategic workstreams, and influence senior stakeholders with clear, decision-ready insights. You translate financial data and business cases into guiding recommendations while maintaining and evolving dashboards and AI-enhanced workflows. You will operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with exposure to regional leadership and strategic initiatives.

• Run structured analyses on high-priority problems and co-lead workstreams for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate daily with the Head of Finance & Strategy ITSEE and regional leadership
• Identify issues early, propose data-backed actions, and support local teams to execute and track results
• Curate reliable data and deliver concise, decision-ready docs and readouts
• Build business cases, analyze P&Ls, and translate financial data into strategic recommendations
• Maintain and enhance dashboards and BigQuery queries; leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve frameworks
• Work cross-functionally across Ops, Commercial, Marketing, Legal and multiple countries
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of workstreams from analysis to follow-through

• Experience up to 2 years or recent graduate with strong analytical foundations; degree in Finance, Economics, Business, xivgfpx or related field preferred; background in strategy/consulting or analytical roles in high‐growth tech is a plus
• Intermediate SQL (preferably BigQuery), strong Sheets/Slides, Looker; AI tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar); Python or lightweight automations with AI APIs is a nice‐to‐have
