We seek a results-driven individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in the areas of mechanical engineering, electronics, and operations. /ph3WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO /h3ulliSystem level activities related to the design and realization of Optical Ground Stations for Laser Communication and/or Satellite Laser Ranging, including: /liliSystem definition and sizing /liliSub-system requirements downflow, definition and management /liliDefinition and management of interfaces. /liliEstablishment and maintenance of relevant performance budgets /liliAnalysis and simulation activities /liliDefinition of verification approach /liliContribution to integration and verification activities /liliContribution to experimental testing activities in the laboratory and/or field /liliPreparation of documentation /liliIdentification and Coordination of subcontractors and supervision of their activities /liliI/F with Customer /li /ulh3YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS /h3ulliMaster’s degree or PhD in engineering or physics /liliMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in optical systems for laser communication /liliHands-on experience in one or more of the following application areas: /lilifree space satellite optical communication /lililaser beam propagation /lililaser physics and photonics. /liliKnowledge of MATLAB/Python/Octave /liliKnowledge of Office /liliResults-oriented, reliable, proactive approach and with a good team working attitude /li /ulh3THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE /h3ulliRelevant technical knowledge in one of these areas: /liliAdaptive optics and wave front sensing technology /liliLaser physics and photonics /liliOptical communication /liliPointing acquisition and tracking /liliKnowledge of software tool for the design and simulation of optical communication systems /liliKnowledge of Zemax /liliExperience with requirement management SW (DOORS and similar) /li /ulh3ADDITIONAL INFORMATION /h3ulliContract: permanent /liliWorking time: full time, hybrid as per the internal policy /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
