Role Overview
This role requires a passion for delivering a transformational client experience and driving business through sales. You should be resourceful, collaborative, and committed to loss prevention. A sense of humor is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales and meet personal goals.
- Create a memorable customer experience through selling skills and product knowledge.
- Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers.
- Follow and maintain all sales and operational policies and procedures.
- Work with a team of professionals committed to excellence.
Qualifications
- One to three years’ experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
- Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, carrying, squatting, kneeling, twisting, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
