Do Work That Matters – Your Role and Responsibilities
* Support the planning, monitoring, and progress tracking of IT projects
* Prepare and update regular reports on project portfolios, including analysis of KPIs, milestones, risks, and progress
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and detailed requirements
* Draft functional documentation (BRDs, use cases, specifications)
* Work with development teams to ensure correct implementation of requirements
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum experience in similar roles related to PMO and Business Analysis
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in quantitative analysis
* Experience in managing project teams and the ability to work independently on project execution and delivery
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management and reporting tools
* Strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and collaborate in a team
* A degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or equivalent
* Excellent command of the English language, ideally supported by work experience abroad
* Project experience with ServiceNow is a plus
