This role focuses on building key relationships and securing contracts for our expanding Ground & Rail operations through a combination of direct and indirect sales techniques. WHAT WILL YOU DO? - Execute and drive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Ground & Rail sectors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat and new business. - Analyze market trends and competitors, adjusting your sales approach as needed. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction. - Embrace a competitive, results-oriented attitude while working effectively within a team. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum five years of experience in sales, ideally within the Ground Business Unit, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. - Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Results-driven with the ability to work effectively under pressure. - In-depth knowledge of the Ground transport industry and market dynamics.
