The Operational Quality Manager of Giga Factory manages people to inspect the conformity of the production process according to the Control Plan, perform periodical audits, identify and contain issues among the entire flow of Chemistry - Cell Assembly - Electrical Treatment - Module Assembly, both for serial production and new launches.
Main Missions
Monitor production processes for quality conformance, ensuring shift-to-shift handover;
Work with Plant Production to collect preliminary info about NOK parts (serial number, batch) and define if the downstream customer is impacted;
Responsible for suspect material quarantine, immediate containment actions implementation;
Support the Plant Customer Quality on field claims and the Plant Production on internal scraps, for the first-level analysis and the Risk Mitigation Slide issuance;
Work together with the Quality Lab. or Supplier Quality Engineer, for assistance in properly addressing the issue.
Implement a reinforced control plan (additional inspections) in case of supposed emerging risks for the customer;
Release the yearly process control plan audit (PCPA);
Perform reappear tests with the Plant Production;
Open claims (PR, RDP) in the PLM system;
Support the Plant Design Quality for PFMEA - Control Plan update and the Plant Production for OPL/SOP release.
Share experience and continuous improvement across the ACC organization (e.g. Center of Competence).
Follow all Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental requirements defined in ACC policy, procedures, and/or work instructions and/or explained in training.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering preferred in Chemistry, Materials, Mechanics
Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive, semiconductor, electronics, or aerospace fields are preferred).
Proficient in advanced statistical methods, large-scale data analysis, measurement systems analysis, SPC, etc.
Minitab, JMP, or other statistical software capabilities are preferred.
English fluent
Automotive and, or Aviation internal auditor certification is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
