With cutting-edge technologies and a strong focus on sustainability, we are building a warehouse that is fully sustainable and environmentally friendly. /p pBe part of this exciting journey in Kuehne+Nagel logistics by applying now! /p h3How you create impact /h3 ul liWork closely with local Operations, Planning, Technical Engineers and IT team to ensure MHE systems optimisation and project implementation and high systems availability /li liSupporting the Contract Logistics System Manager in the execution of the daily “DILO” and release of work in line with customer SLA’s /li liMonitor and maximise the ongoing progress of the day-to-day control room operation, identify opportunities for improvement, challenge the daily DILO and drive a continuous improvement mentality /li liOversee the monitoring of SCADA/WCS/WMS system and cameras and support as escalation for any issues raised to maintain electro-mechanical flow of totes and pockets through direction of engineering resources /li liCommunicate and report technical anomalies regarding MHE system directly to local Technical Engineers by respecting strict deadlines and priority set up /li liConduct regular performance reviews, measuring equipment, performance-to-contract, documenting issues and issuing a prioritised action plan to drive improvement and maintain optimum performance /li liDevelopment and implementation of reports regarding MHE systems to show, explain and analyse automated system operations and identify in advance potential issues /li /ul h3What we would like you to bring /h3 ul li0–5 years’ experience in large scale (300 FTE) highly automated fulfilment operations with strong preference given to eCommerce / Fashion / Retail experience, preferably in multinational companies with matrix organisational structure /li liExperience with metric oriented and data analysis-based work environments characterised by the respect of strict SLAs and deadlines and ability to prioritise issues and tasks by using ticketing systems /li /ul h3What’s in it for you /h3 pBy joining the Kuehne+Nagel team, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe and stable environment, with a strong focus on physical and mental well-being.
