Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible! /p h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for an HR Business Partner who will closely work with the Plant HR Manager, act as the primary HR reference point for the manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment between HR policies and operational needs. The role supports business objectives through effective people management, employee engagement in compliance with labor regulations. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liHR KPIs: Monitor and analyze key indicators (absenteeism, turnover, labor cost, engagement) and propose corrective actions. /li liHR Processes: Support Compensation Benefits and performance evaluation processes. /li liTraining: Organize training sessions, manage onboarding, and coordinate development plans. /li liUnion Relations: Manage interactions with RSU, schedule meetings, and follow up on agreements. /li liDisciplinary Management: Draft and manage disciplinary procedures in compliance with labor law. /li liInternal Communication: Promote engagement initiatives and plant‑level communication projects. /li liOrganizational Chart: Maintain and update organizational chart. /li liRecruitment: Manage white‑collar recruitment and onboarding. /li liDaily HR activities: manage and update reports, one‑to‑one employee interviews, design presentations and contribute to People Development initiatives. /li /ul h3Main requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience (3+ years) in similar roles. /li liMaster Degree in Law, Economics, Psychology or related fields. /li liKnowledge of labor law and CCNL. /li liProficiency in English and Italian. /li liHR KPIs analysis (absenteeism, turnover, involvement, labor cost). /li liStrong communication skills, problem‑solving and adaptability. /li liProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. /li /ul h3What’s in it for you /h3 pIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
