From day one, you support production scheduling plans, requirements, goods inbound/outbound and shipment operations to achieve short and medium term sales goals. A role challenged to recognize opportunities for continuous improvement that increase productivity and aid business growth. Opportunity to practice aspects of operations and supply chain in a finished product flow environment.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will collaborate with your tutor in:

- Weekly analysis and control of stocks and transit situation.
- Support on the implementation of a new analytics tool.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional team to guarantee Original Equipment and Racing service level.
- Reports and new KPIs.
- Drive improvements generating process and procedure documents for new activities.
- Work closely with Production Schedulers to support area’s shared goals and troubleshooting.
- Stock allocation and transit tracking to support sales forecasts.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
- Passion for the two wheels will be considered a plus.
