Job Description
We are currently seeking a WW Supply Chain Process Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan, with a fixed term contract.
How you will contribute:
* Use our organization internal systems to manage the orders received during sales campaigns.
* Assure delivery and returns of goods according to Bottega Veneta business strategy and countries constrains.
* Adhere to precision, quality and timing standards to ensure the best quality service.
* Communicate and collaborate with internal departments in order to meet business expectations.
* Contribute to the development and execution of planned activities.
* Facilitate the collection of information in order to monitor business trends and opportunities;
* Manage shipping activities in collaboration with Kering departments, in order to support retail distribution strategy;
* Data entry and customer master data management;
Who you are:
* Previous experience of 2⁄3 years in order management/Supply Chain;
* Knowledge of Italian and English is mandatory, both written and spoken;
* An expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Basic knowledge of SAP would be a plus;
* A collaborative problem solver;
* A proactive detail-oriented person who is able to regularly meet tough deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks.
