BTS PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the management consulting arm of SAP, playing a key role in pursuing the Customer Value Journey strategy. We work with strategic customers at the executive program level to achieve simplified, best-run business capabilities. SAP BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION SENIOR CONSULTANT For the BTS Team in Italy, we’re looking for an experienced professional who excels in the following areas: Drive Business Transformation Journeys for strategic customers of the Market Unit and Region, focusing on value realization. Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives. Connect customer strategy to the Suite-First, AI-First value proposition, promoting best practices, the Clean Core concept, and AI-driven automation of processes. Create demand for Business Transformation Services. Identify opportunities to advance the customer’s innovation agenda. Enhance the perception of the team’s reputation internally and externally. Support the attainment of KPIs for the Services Organization. Ensure quality in team contributions and deliverables. Continuously develop skills according to evolving demands. Demonstrate leadership in project and resource coordination. EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Higher education degree (Master's degree or MBA preferred), e.g., in business administration, economics, computer sciences, engineering, etc. EXPERIENCE At least 10 years of professional experience in consulting for business and IT transformation or comparable responsibilities. Experience in leading Digital Transformation projects within complex environments, both domestic and international. Familiarity with key SAP solutions, such as S/4HANA on RISE, BTP, and Line of Business applications (e.g., Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, DMC). Comfortable interacting with CxOs, understanding their priorities, and influencing their agendas. Experience in strategic thinking and designing complex projects and programs. LANGUAGE AND TRAVEL Fluent in written and spoken English. Willing to travel 0-50%.
