We Are Hiring: OT Cybersecurity / Hardening Engineer
Role MissionEnsure that CPPC Tiers developments maintain a strong and compliant OT cybersecurity architecture, aligned with
IEC ***** standards
, safeguarding real-time control environments operating under strict grid-code requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Review control system architecture changes and communication flowsDefine and implement
system hardening strategies
(OS, network, services, access control)Support secure boot, backup and recovery mechanismsEnsure segregation between IT and OT domainsAssist in cybersecurity audits and compliance activitiesContribute to risk assessments and threat modeling for industrial environmentsCollaborate with Control, Integration and QA teams to embed security-by-design principles
Required SkillsStrong expertise in
OT cybersecurity frameworks

)Experience securing
Industrial Control Systems (ICS)System hardening experience on industrial controllers / RT environmentsUnderstanding of power plant control architectures (PPC, BESS, microgrids) is a strong plus
