We are looking for an IT Analyst (Digital CX) who will work in a modern and international contest to provide the best IT solutions and related IT projects.
How you will contribute
1. Analyzing and understanding the business requirements in order to define the best IT solutions for supporting the business processes
2. Supporting the internal team in projects related to Digital Solutions mainly for Customer Operation department
3. Understanding internal requirements and acting as first point of contact in the event of any query/issue
4. Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications
5. Facilitating design sessions with partners to define the solution
6. Delivering elements of systems design, business rules, mock-up, or other detailed deliverables
7. Managing Project Management responsibilities also as IT Analyst (timings, technical goals)
8. Directly leading System Test and User Acceptance (UAT)
9. Coordinating External Consultants (according to the internal procedure of the IT dept.)
10. Creating internal documentation for users and for IT needs (i.e. application maintenance, tech. documentation, etc)
11. Being the first reference for the AMS (application maintenance services);
12. Directly reporting to IT Area Leader for internal follow up of IT projects and for proposal of new solutions (system based and/or process) in order to improve the overall process and the satisfactions.
Who you are
13. Business Degree Management Engineering / Economics
14. Experience in projects related to CX application and other Digital tools integrated
15. 2 or 3 years of experience in similar role, consulting firms are considered as a plus
16. Microsoft D365, SAP Cloud Commerce B2B, SAP ERP
17. Experience in Fashion or Consumer goods industry is a plus
18. Advanced level of English
