Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join our Asset Services Department, managing a portfolio of commercial properties (mainly office buildings) for top-tier clients (Funds, SGRs, etc.). 
This is a key position with direct impact on client satisfaction, asset performance, and operational excellence. 
Role Purpose 
Deliver comprehensive commercial property management services across a diverse portfolio. 
Act as the trusted liaison between owners, tenants, and third parties to ensure seamless operations and strong stakeholder relationships. 
Contribute to the profitability and value creation of client assets by optimizing costs and identifying opportunities. 
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Clients & Business Development
- Represent Cushman & Wakefield’s property management services to clients.
- Identify and implement initiatives that create value in client portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Technical Managers, Client Finance, etc.) to maximize business opportunities.
- Build strong client and third-party relationships, always acting in their best interests.
- Maintain a client-centric approach, ensuring SLA compliance and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and expand external networks for business opportunities.
Day-to-Day Operations
- Manage tenant relationships, ensuring excellent service and timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular property and tenant space inspections.
- Maintain accurate property and lease files in line with company policy.
- Support tenant onboarding: welcome packages, rent collection procedures, insurance requirements, maintenance protocols.
- Work with the Technical Property Manager on management plans, preventive maintenance policies, and operations manuals.
- Prepare budgets, monthly/annual commercial reports, and benchmarking analysis.
- Represent landlords with tenants, officials, and contractors.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Manage invoices: verification, coding, compliance with contracts, and cost reduction opportunities.
- Maintain company databases and ensure quick access to property information.
- Support the finance team with property-related questions and vendor issue resolution.
- Oversee service charges and optimize operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines (health & safety, quality, risk, and code of conduct).
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High School diploma (required), Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience: 3-4 years in real estate property management or related field.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
- Client-focused with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team player with effective communication (fluent English is a must).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Finance-related experience (a plus).
