Ph3Role Description /h3pThe electromechanical maintenance technician performs electrical (including PLC-assisted) and mechanical maintenance operations and interventions. This person will be part of the maintenance team and will be responsible for routine, extraordinary, and preventative maintenance of industrial systems, with a focus on electronics. They will collaborate with the team to ensure proper functioning of production lines, respond promptly to faults, and apply tools for problem definition (5Ws), analysis (Ishikawa or the 5 Whys), and resolution. Upon completion of the intervention, they will prepare a technical report using the company\'s maintenance software. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliPerform routine electrical and electromechanical maintenance on industrial systems and machinery /liliParticipate in extraordinary maintenance activities /liliDiagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults, including using PLCs /liliPerform troubleshooting and restore production lines to working order /liliPerform tests and checks to ensure repaired equipment is functioning properly /liliCollaborate with external contractors /liliCollaborate with the team to implement improvement solutions /liliCompile technical documentation relating to the work performed /liliEnsure compliance with safety regulations /liliAnalyze faults with a view to problem resolution and prevention /liliMonitor the management of work on the company\'s CMMS IT system /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliTechnical diploma (preferably electrical, electronic, or mechatronic) /liliPrevious experience as an electromechanical maintenance technician in industrial settings /liliExcellent knowledge of industrial electrical systems /liliPLC diagnostics skills (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or equivalent) /liliKnowledge and good use of computer packages (Office) /liliGood knowledge of English /liliAbility to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings /liliStrong problem-solving skills and operational autonomy /liliAbility to continuously learn and pursue professional growth /liliAvailability to work shifts and/or on call /liliAdherence to and compliance with safety regulations /liliOrganizational skills and good time management /liliAbility to analyze and methodically manage problems /liliAble to interact at all levels with internal and external stakeholders /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
