YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:Supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring the effective use of tools and resourcesGenerating regular and ad-hoc sales reports for the sales team and managementSupporting to set up measurable sales target (KPIs) and monitor and evaluate the achievement per quarterOverseeing the usage and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemCollaborating with FTL Pricing, Central Sales Back Office, FTL Sales teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectivesConducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunitiesAnalysing customer feedback and collaborate with the FTL sales team to address issues and improve customer experience and satisfactionCoaching and training the sales force on company’s processes and toolsManaging the business review (Weekly, monthly, quarterly) as pipeline, opportunity and revenue’s growth vs target WHO YOU ARE:You are very analytical and you want to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environmentYou have a bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or a related fieldYou have a Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Sales Operations Analyst or similar role, working in the freight sector is a plusYou are an expert using Office tools (eg. Excell, Power point, etc )You are a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) and data analysis masterYou are very fluent in English
