Main activities
1. Support for the management of all ordinary activities (cleaning, maintenance, travel, porterage, etc.);
2. Support for the management of specific projects and/or extraordinary maintenance also coordinating any professionals involved on specific technical-professional activities;
3. Support for the management of the supplier fleet (cleaning, electrical and system assistance, furniture maintenance, etc.) monitoring performance with respect to contracts with control of costs, timing and service level;
4. Support in the management of aspects relating to the Health and Safety of workers and environmental issues in coordination with the delegated function;
5. Preparation of periodic function reports;
6. Updating of documentation and movable assets present in the company and reconnaissance inspections of the properties under management.
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
7. Diploma in surveyor or similar;
8. Even short experience in roles related to Facility Management gained in companies, construction companies or even studios;
9. Knowledge of Autocad and Microsoft Office package;
10. B driving license and availability for occasional daily trips to visit properties.
Preferential/Nice to have
11. Experience in managing real estate construction sites and/or exhibition stands, office furnishings;
12. Good technical knowledge of issues relating to real estate (systems, architectural aspects);
13. Knowledge of the English language;
14. Interest in technology;
15. Good organizational and planning skills, precision, predisposition to relationships, communication skills, proactivity.
