Your Role Will you be our Business Controller who is able to act as a strong Finance Business Partner, both at the strategic-tactical level and in day-to-day operations? Your Responsibilities Analyses the monthly P&L in respect of accuracy and reasons for deviations to the prior month and rolling forecastPerform and drive the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing for his/her area of responsibility Details variances analysis: Actual / Forecast / Prior Month or Year as per management requestKPIs verification and deterioration (productivity, margin, etc.)Reviews results with the Business Field Managers and National Controllers Assists Business Field Managers on day-to-day financial related issuesAnalyses Loss Making Sites and prepare an action plan with responsible Location and Business Field managersRegularly reviews the development of idle spacesReviews customer contracts for tariff updates or changes in the scope of servicesDraft and financial reviews of the BIA based on input from Responsible Business Field Manager and obtains signatures according to the catalogue of competencesVerify the CapEx spending in line with the approved Investment ApplicationsPerform sporadic sites auditsAd-hoc financial analysis/projects as per management requestsCoordinates
and assists local and Regional Management in the preparation of rolling
