You will have the opportunity to work with some of Italy's leading organizations in healthcare. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide immediate response to customer inquiries in accordance with service standards and support current installed‑base customers. /li liServe as a link between customers and the InterSystems Global Support organization. /li liLiaise with customers to understand work processes and requirements that the TrakCare application must address. /li liProvide application support for the TrakCare Hospital Management System. /li liSupport the implementation of the TrakCare application in a manner that suits customer business requirements, following InterSystems’ methodologies and processes. /li liEscalate open (unresolved) problems according to current policies and procedures. /li liConduct individual and group training, product demonstrations, and workshops as required. /li liContinuously improve customer satisfaction by soliciting suggestions for product and service improvements and escalating them to management. /li liAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for TrakCare. /li liImprove response time to customer inquiries by enhancing communication, analytical, and learning skills. /li liWork with partners to identify potential changes within the product parameters, if required. /li liParticipate in on‑site implementations and support-related meetings with customers or partners, as required. /li liParticipate in the 24‑hour on‑call roster service. /li /ul h3Experience and Qualifications /h3 ul liGeneral aptitude for solving problems and using technology to improve processes. /li liUnderstanding and experience in implementing product solutions. /li liAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within tight time constraints. /li liProven ability to work through problems with different customer groups, achieving positive outcomes. /li liExperience with Hospital Information, Patient Administration (PAS), and Clinical Information Systems preferred. /li liUnderstanding of Health Informatics standards, reporting requirements, and legislative controls. /li liAbility to design and write specification documents related to customer requirements. /li liTeam‑working skills, including collaboration with partners located in different towns or countries. /li /ul h3Education and Training /h3 ul liBS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent (Physics, Mathematics, Sciences), OR /li liUniversity degree in medical informatics, management information systems, system engineering, or any related field. /li /ul h3When you would start /h3 pOur teams are constantly growing, but we are passionate about finding the right fit, even if that takes a little longer.
