In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the utilities, buildings, and energy systems of the Mantova plant, ensuring compliance with Safety, Industrial Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards. Supports continuous improvement and energy optimization efforts. /ppbWhat You Will Do /b /pulliManage preventive and corrective maintenance of utilities and facilities equipment. /liliEnsure optimal performance of electrical distribution, steam boilers, compressors, HVAC, water, gas, air and cold systems. /liliCoordinate with internal teams and external contractors for infrastructure maintenance and energy-related projects. /liliMonitor and optimize energy consumption and costs (electricity, gas, water). /liliMaintain compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory standards (AT/BT, pressurized equipment, refrigerants, etc.). /liliLead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis of failures. /liliSupervise and support team members and technical operators. /liliManage technical documentation, maintenance planning tools (e.g., GMAO), and ensure documentation updates. /liliSupport investment projects from design to qualification. /liliParticipate in quality, environment, and safety audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards. /li /ulpbWho We Are Looking For /b /pulliEngineering degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance or Energy Systems. /liliMinimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within industrial environments. /liliKnowledge of utility systems, building infrastructure, and maintenance standards (preventive, predictive, regulatory). /liliFamiliarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 22000 standards. /liliGood command of English.
