Support Cisco Jabber and basic Mac OS support for Apple PC users. /liliInstall, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware. /liliPerform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers. /liliConduct repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. /liliUse diagnostic tools for network and hardware/software troubleshooting. /liliHave a broad understanding of IT, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms. /liliWork effectively in project-based environments requiring flexibility and teamwork.
