Fundraising Manager – Emotional Economics 2.0
(Initial unpaid / equity-based collaboration → Paid position after milestones)
We are developing Emotional Economics 2.0 (ethical emotional tokenization) and are looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to support our initial fundraising efforts.
This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative, mission-driven project from the very beginning.Initial phase (first 3–6 months):
Unpaid / volunteer collaboration focused on achieving concrete milestones (strategy development, first grant submissions, donor mapping, campaign planning).
In return, you will gain deep involvement in a groundbreaking project at the intersection of blockchain ethics, affective computing, and post-scarcity economics, plus strong references and potential equity/ownership upside.
After successful milestones:
Transition to a paid position (hourly or monthly retainer) based on demonstrated competencies, results achieved, and project needs.
We are fully committed to compensating the right person fairly once we secure initial funding.
Main responsibilities:
Fundraising strategy development
Grant writing and proposal preparation
Donor relations and outreach
Campaign planning and execution
Requirements:
Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, or donor relations (ideally in tech, impact, ethical innovation, or Web3 projects)
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving early-stage environment
Strong alignment with our mission: building an ethical, human-centered economic model
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
