Analyze existing logistics processes (AS-IS) and define the functional and technical requirements of the WMS for all operational phases: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management Design logistic flows, slotting strategies, and management rules to be implemented in the WMS Manage the selection, configuration, customization, and go-live of the WMS Coordinate the integration of the WMS with the company's MRP/ERP system, ensuring correct synchronization of master data, orders, movements, and inventories Define and oversee the interfaces between the WMS and the WCS (Warehouse Control System) for real-time management of warehouse automation Design the integration with RFID systems for full traceability of handling units (dimensions, weights, stackability, WMS coding, etc.), batches, and serial numbers throughout the entire supply chain Collaborate with the technical team to integrate AGVs and manage their operations Design and implement KPI dashboards to monitor operational xdwybme performance (productivity, accuracy, lead time, resource utilization) Prepare complete technical-functional documentation and operational user manuals Train key users and warehouse operators on WMS usage and new operational procedures Ensure post–go-live support, monitor performance, and propose continuous improvement actions Experience in automation projects Data analysis and custom integrations Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies applied to logistics
