We are recruiting a
**P&C; Manager (Europe Region)**
Reporting to the Global People & Culture Officer and partnering with the Head of region Europe, he/she will lead P&C; agenda at European regional level, closely coordinating with Corporate and Global P&C; functions and other P&C; roles to spread Fidias’ culture, ensure effective and efficient P&C; programs (recruitment, training, development, merit, performance management) that maximize employee satisfaction and performance levels, and effective labor relations.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring local culture and Fidias’ values and behaviors adherence and, at the necessary time, help driving cultural change.
- Ensuring, in collaboration with Corporate and Global P&C; functions, the delivery of P&C; programs and processes in according with yearly calendar.
- Supervising at local level personnel processes, including position changes, promotions and headcount changes.
- Coordinating closely with function leaders recruiting, selection and on-boarding programs according with business needs.
- Implementing people development, career development and compensation processes to support attraction and retention in key positions.
- Supporting head of functions in managing performance management, reward and compensation processes in order to support and maintain a high performance culture.
- Overseeing admin HR related processes and compliance.
- Controlling headcount and workforce costs and implementing an effective cost sensitive local C&B; systems in alignment with global policies.
- Ensuring effective labor relations and adherence to local employment law and when necessary managing industrial relations including relations with external labor organizations.
**Requirements**:
- Degree and, preferably, a specialization in Human Resources Management.
- At least 7 years experience in P&C;/HR in mid or large organization, in the pharmaceutical/medical device field, preferably working with Marketing and Sales business functions.
- International experience, interacting with company subsidiaries abroad, ensuring implementation and compliance with corporate P&C;/HR policies and culture.
- Strong results-orientation and ability to execute while multitasking.
- Relational, decision-making and leadership skills.
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English, the knowledge of a second European language will be considered a plus.
- Willingness to work from HQ in Abano Terme (Padua) and travelling 20% of the time within Fidia's European subsidiaries.
