Must have the ability to work effectively with the SAP development and basis team to resolve technical issues and provide solutions to complex business requirements.4. Proven ability to lead process workshops, deliver process decomposition and system design.5. Proven ability to develop functional and technical specifications from user requirements.6. Excellent writing, editing, communications, organizational and decision-making skills.7. Experience in writing and executing solution test plans.8. Experience developing, implementing, and executing training for new functionality and processes.9. SAP S/4 Hana experience- must be deep hands-on experience.10.
