We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Project Manager within our Dedalus IT Group. Our transformation roadmap is currently set to integrate acquired companies into a recently formed Dedalus Group and is focused on the deployment of global processes and tools.
This transformation required the implementation and harmonization of our Microsoft Dynamic 365 ERP system. In this role, you will be responsible for leading multiple ERP projects by planning, managing and controlling related activities and ensuring successful and complete implementation. In this role, you will work closely with Information Technology and/or initiative leads to develop and monitor project deliverables, timelines, and resources to ensure they meet the budget, schedule, and quality requirements of the project. To this end, accurate and regular reporting to the lead sponsors and various business owners is critical.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Provide enterprise updates into project portfolio performance and core team resource management.
2. Work directly with technical and business teams that interact frequently with the main transformation initiatives to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
3. Analyze basic financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
4. Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
5. Development of Project Management processes that drive continuous improvement and deliver improved business results.
6. Stakeholder Management & Business Engagement.
7. Manages direct reports and subordinate staff indirectly.
8. Hire, develop, and mentor IT Project Managers.
9. Implement standardized project management and business analysis practices.
Required Skills & Experience
10. Professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English.
11. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
12. Demonstrated technical proficiency in business software skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
13. Five years or more managing concurrent projects,
14. Five years or more managing enterprise projects, ideally related to the tools and processes in sales, delivery and finance processes.
15. Proponent for change, while applying best practices in change management.
16. Effective communication and analytical skills
17. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
18. A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.

19. Experience with the implementation of new ERP/ CRM systems
20. Additional language (German, French or Spanish)
