The company works in highly regulated institutional and commercial environments, collaborating with space agencies, governmental bodies, and industrial partners at international levels.Position OverviewThe Senior Technical Program Manager is responsible for the end‐to‐end technical and programmatic execution of space programs, acting as the single point of accountability for performance, schedule, cost, risk, and customer satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Systems, AIT, Supply Chain, Quality, Business Development, and Customers, ensuring that programs are executed in full compliance with space standards, contractual requirements, and institutional processes.Key Responsibilities
Own and govern the full lifecycle execution of space programs in compliance with space industry standards and institutional processesTranslate system and mission requirements into structured, executable program plans
Milestone Planning & Control
Define, plan, and control program milestones in alignment with contractual deliverables, internal gate reviews, and customer expectationsEnsure on‐time, on‐cost, and on‐quality delivery of all programming phases
Customer Interface & Reviews
Act as the primary technical and programmatic interface with customers throughout the entire program durationLead and chair all program and technical reviews, both internal and customer‐facing
Cross‐Functional Leadership
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across systems engineering, subsystem development, AIT, operations, quality, and support functionsEnsure alignment and effective communication across all internal stakeholders
Schedule, Budget & Risk Management
Manage and control program schedule, budget, and risk using structured space program management methodologies and collaborative toolsProactively identify risks and define mitigation strategies
Supply Chain & Industrial Coordination
Oversee and integrate supply chain activities, coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and partnersEnsure alignment between technical execution, supply chain performance, and customer commitments
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Provide clear, structured, and data‐driven program status reporting to senior management and customersContribute to continuous improvement of space‐specific processes, methodologies, and execution frameworks
Proposal & Bid Support
Support proposal preparation and bid activities, contributing execution strategies, milestone planning, and risk assessments
Requirements
Degree in Aerospace Engineering – mandatoryMinimum of 10+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or equivalent role within the space industryStrong expertise in space program processes, including development of lifecycles, reviews, qualifications, and acceptance flowsProven experience in milestone‐driven program managementHands‐on experience in supply chain coordination within space programsSolid technical background in satellite systems, including platforms, payloads, and ground segmentsProven experience as primary customer interface in institutional and/or commercial space programsFluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
