Job Purpose/Role
The candidate will support the evolution of business models by designing cross-functional and harmonized organizational processes. They will assist in defining advanced performance and productivity monitoring models using innovative technologies. Additionally, the candidate will support the creation and monitoring of business and project KPIs dashboards through an analytics approach leveraging data and quantitative skills. The role involves proactive interaction with central and business functions for project management and business model design.
Key Responsibilities
* Design processes and organizational structures, supporting new business model development
* Implement and monitor strategic initiatives, evaluating achievement of objectives
* Coordinate project teams to implement strategic initiatives
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
* Master's degree in Management Engineering
* Up to 2 years of experience in a consulting firm focusing on insurance is a plus
* Strong analytical and project management skills
* Experience with workflow measurement and process design/reengineering
* Knowledge of advanced analytics methodologies (e.g., process mining) is a plus
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Data-driven and quantitative working approach
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders
* Strong team-working attitude
* Fluent in Italian and English
