PpIn this role you will drive international talent acquisition for Technogym’s subsidiaries, aligning recruitment with business strategy. You will work closely with HR partners and leaders to secure top talent and strengthen our employer brand. You’ll build and maintain talent pipelines and engage universities and schools for long-term opportunities. You will contribute to global Talent Attraction initiatives and act as a brand ambassador to enhance Technogym’s market presence.
