Overview
Junior Trade Marketing Specialist role at Champion Europe Group. This position is based in Carpi, Modena (Italy) with a temporary contract. We are seeking a driven, energetic candidate to join the team.
Core responsibilities
* Support the planning and execution of 360° trade marketing campaigns across wholesale channels (digital and offline)
* Support the organization of activations, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns in line with global and local strategies
* Develop and adapt point-of-sale materials, ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact on wholesale accounts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, retail, visual etc) to ensure timely and consistent execution
* Monitor actions performance and KPIs, providing reporting and insights
* Analyze competitor actions and market trends to identify new opportunities and benchmarks
* Contribute to the annual trade marketing calendar, adapting global guidelines to local needs
Skills and attitudes
* Degree in Trade Marketing, Marketing or related fields
* 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar position
* Strong understanding of retail and omnichannel dynamics
* Project management skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
* Attention to detail and strong organizational mindset
* Ability to manage timelines and stakeholders across different teams
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel (experience with creative tools is a plus)
* Fluency in Italian and English
* Passion for Sport is a must
