P2025 marks the tenth season of the MoneyGram Haas F1 Team in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. The primary responsibility is the structural design and analysis of F1 chassis components. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3olliPromote teamwork and effective communication across departments. /liliConduct structural analysis and optimization of car components to ensure minimal weight, safety, reliability, and desired stiffness. /liliUtilize methods such as hand calculations, Finite Element Analysis, structural optimization, scripting, and programming for analysis and correlation with experimental data. /liliFocus on analysis of composite components like chassis, gearbox, wings, bodywork, and suspensions. /liliAdhere to safety regulations and perform other duties as assigned. /li /olh3Qualifications: /h3ulliUniversity degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or equivalent Engineering; master's preferred. /liliMinimum 5 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 in professional motorsports. /li /ulh3Skills: /h3ulliStrong communication and technical skills, with proficiency in FE methods. /liliAbility to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and collaborate effectively. /liliPositive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues. /li /ulh3Tools and Applications: /h3pCatia V5, HyperWorks/Optistruct, Abaqus CAE, Matlab, Python, VBA. /ph3Work Environment: /h3pMust work efficiently in high-pressure settings, with potential travel and flexible hours, including weekends.
