To support its strong and rapid growth, Nordex Italy is looking for a Service Technician to join the team at our office in Villaurbana, Sardegna
YOUR TASKS:
1. Keep all health & safety related instructions and guidelines
2. Work safely for material and personnel
3. Analyse defects with phone-contact to Service Coordinator.
4. Autonomously simple repairs of turbines, troubleshooting and faultfinding.
5. Carry out complex repair-processes in collaboration with the Lead Technician.
6. Carry out planned maintenance-/inspection-activities with subcontractors.
7. Fill in reports and checklists in order to completely inform Local Operation Manager.
8. Inform customer in case of works on the turbine.
9. Carry out repair or exchange of main components.
10. Check inventory of spare parts stock and be responsible for material on site.
11. Standard monitoring of booked service reports and steering of service process to book expenses correctly
12. Guarantee that tasks are realized with high quality and in time.
13. Realization of tasks in the most economical way for our company.
14. Responsible for material, tools and property of Nordex.
15. Carry out tasks in accordance with Nordex manuals and regulations.
YOUR PROFILE:
16. Mid-level Electrical and/or mechanical education.
17. Minimum of three years of hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical experience
18. Experienced to use data processing adequately.
19. Good English language skills (read, write and speak fluently)
20. Teamwork, collaboration and willingness to take over responsibility
21. Quick grasp and capable of making decisions
22. Ability to solve problems
23. Think strategically and analytically
24. Willing to travel on regular basis, including nights away from home.
25. Flexible in working time and area
26. Computer literate, able to use MS Office, SAP and in house database and workload management systems
27. Resilience & tolerance of frustration
28. Readiness for training
29. Able to work in high altitudes
