Define and execute product‐led, community‐led and commercially driven growth strategiesStrengthen engagement, retention and monetization across the student ecosystemBring structure to product, marketing, sales, operations and customer experienceBuild clear KPI frameworks, operating rhythms and scalable processesDrive execution across product roadmaps, growth initiatives and commercial prioritiesIdentify and develop synergies across the platformsAct as a strong external representative towards partners and stakeholders What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who combines entrepreneurial energy with strong managerial discipline.
