Responsibilities
You will be a technical matter expert in Mobilisights data products, helping prospects and partners by explaining technical features and being their problem‑solving interface, removing any potential roadblocks to close a deal or retain a customer.
Act as a liaison between engineering, product, and sales teams, translating technical feedback and remaining highly available to sales and other cross‑functional teams.
Own the smooth integration and onboarding of new customers on Mobilisights' data platform and work with product and technical teams to complete proof‑of‑concept and/or co‑development efforts to help establish reference accounts in new market segments.
