This role focuses on ensuring smooth, frequent releases and supporting development teams in optimizing their CI/CD pipelines. The engineer will work closely with development and engineering teams to streamline the deployment process and manage cloud-based infrastructure using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. /p pbPrimary responsibilities, including but not limited to: /b /p pThe responsibilities listed in this section are representative and not exhaustive. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. /p ul lipImprove deployment pipelines to support frequent, seamless software releases. /p /li lipDevelop and maintain internal tools to simplify the management of Docebo’s multi-tenant infrastructure. /p /li lipSupport development teams in setting up and improving their CI/CD pipelines, enhancing overall system efficiency. /p /li lipLead infrastructure and development projects aimed at optimizing system performance and processes. /p /li lipMonitor and troubleshoot pipeline and deployment issues to minimize disruptions and ensure system stability. /p /li lipCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and engineering, to continuously improve development workflows. /p /li lipStay current with industry trends to identify and implement new tools and technologies that enhance performance and scalability. /p /li /ul pbWhat it takes to be successful: /b /p pTo succeed in this role, a Devops Engineer should possess strong problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of cloud services and containerization, and a proactive approach to improving deployment processes. Effective collaboration with development and engineering teams is essential, along with the ability to manage complex projects.
